Wednesday ;)

Well I'm back to Living Well. I haven't been to the gym in a little over a month. Things just got in the way. I took the boys on Monday. They really love the Interactive Zone. So while they were playing in there I was on the treadmill. I choose the "Forest Walk" mode. It felt good to be moving. And even though the lady next to me only had my speed when she was cooling down, I felt refreshed! I also lifted weights. That felt really good. The stretching and tightening of my tired muscles was so rejuvenating. We are going back tonight. There is a step class for beginners tonight. I'm excited. Bo is going to come too, not to the class but to the Y. LOL

I'm ready to do this thing. I'm tired of being tired. I don't want to be heavy any more. I have 57 pounds to loose to get to my goal. That is my long term goal. I have no idea how long it will take me but I'll get there. My short term is to be under a certain number by April 1.

It's funny, my devotional this morning was about making our bodies a living sacrifice to the Lord. I do want my outside appearance to represent my heart.

I too completely understand that being tired all the time, just feeling bad generally and being tired of it. It feels good to get moving. You are on the right path. A little bit at a time and you will lose it. You should be very proud of yourself for moving forward.
